Very convenient location, and clean. While a few things were a bit dated the service was great. Coffee in the lobby was good, breakfast was minimal, however we made plans to go out for breakfast anyways. Overall, pleased.
I was nervous to stay here based on the reviews. I agree it is older, a little worn down. Not major things, just small maintenance fixes. It is a hotel in a tourist town. My room was clean and had no issues. Staff was friendly. The location was great!
Location and the service was great. Clean towels was provided every day. Front desk ppl were friendly and very sociable. How ever the room was ok, does need some up grading. Elevator floor does need to be refloored / carpeted. Other wise than that, will stay again had a blast.
We had a great stay. The hostess at the front desk when we checked in on Sunday was kind, courteous, and extreme helpful when we had an issue with the door locks. The only problem we ran into is that the HVAC unit doesn’t have an auto setting so the temperature in the room was difficult to keep consistent.
The rooms was great the bed covers and pillows even better ! ( we had an excellent night sleep every night) If you needed something great service if you didn't you never seen them. The location was impeccable. The breakfast was more continental so we had eaten else where, which was fine by us. We will definitely be back next month! The price was unbeatable.
Honestly one of the better hotels I have staid at. Rooms were really clean. Right on the strip in Gatlinburg next to my favorite winery. The shower pressure here is amazing. The beds for comfy. I will be booking here again
The location is very good, literally on the main avenue, a few minutes from all the attractions. I would only say that the hotel needs a little more cleanliness in the common areas. The room was fine, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast included in the reservation is not what I imagined, but for the price it is fine. Just so anyone who reads about the breakfast knows that it is just like frozen pancakes that you can heat up, packaged yogurt, coffee from a vending machine, and cereal. It is not freshly made food. But overall the hotel is fine.
We had a great time. I was a little scared on the way there after reading all the negative reviews. When we arrived I got to say our room had no issues service and staff was great and breakfast was great. I have no complaints. And I would definitely stay here again.
